As I sat in the airport eating lunch, someone came up behind me and said, “Can I see the front of your shirt?” When I turned around, he said, “I noticed that shirt from all the way across the room and that is awesome.” Then he said, “Are you Eric Hovind?” When I answered yes, he went on to tell me that back in 2004 while stationed in Iraq, one of the guys in his barracks played our Creation DVD’s and the message radically changed his life!
This former soldier began to tear up as he reached out to give me a hug. How humbling to receive a hug from one of America’s heroes! I have to tell you, I never get tired of hearing those stories of God’s grace! I praise God for this man and what God did in his life using the creation message.
