Dr. Jake Hebert

Institute for Creation Research
Research Associate

Dr. Jake Hebert earned a master’s degree in physics in 1999 from Texas A&M University and a Ph.D. in physics in 2011 from the University of Texas at Dallas, where he did cutting-edge research on the connection between cosmic rays, solar activity, and weather and climate. He also joined ICR in 2011.

Most of his ICR research has focused on advancing the creation/Flood model for the post-Flood Ice Age. He is currently uncovering fossil evidence that animals in the pre-Flood and immediate post-Flood worlds, like the Genesis patriarchs, were experiencing much greater longevity than their modern-day counterparts.
