Dr. Scott Stripling is a biblical archaeologist, author, and Director of Excavations for the Associates for Biblical Research (ABR). He serves as Provost and Director of the Katy Institute of Archaeology at The Bible Seminary in Texas and is known for leading excavations at key biblical sites including Shiloh, Khirbet el-Maqatir (identified by some as biblical Ai), and Mount Ebal.
Dr. Stripling has participated in numerous archaeological digs across Israel and has contributed to important discoveries connected to the world of the Bible, including research on the Mount Ebal curse tablet. Through his work, he focuses on demonstrating how archaeological discoveries illuminate and confirm the historical reliability of the biblical record.
