Paul F. Taylor
Some people believe that the account of the days of creation is merely a literary framework. While it can be convenient to group the six days into two groups of three, that should not imply that the days are not literal.
In this session, we reach the fifth day of creation. This is the day when God filled the sea and the atmosphere with wildlife. This gives us the opportunity to talk about how the Bible’s account cannot be made to fit with the order of supposed evolution. We see that birds cannot have evolved from dinosaurs, and we marvel at the intricacy of God’s design in features such as feathers.
