Similarly, Jesus did all the work on the cross, and all you need to do to escape Hell is believe that Jesus died on the cross to pay for your sins. And just like there was a time when the door to the Ark was closed and people could no longer choose to get on, there will be a day when each of us will die and be unable to choose to believe in Jesus.
