Dr. Tim Chaffey

Founder and President of Risen Ministries and AIG’s Ark Encounter Content Manager, Tim Chaffey and his wife Casey of 22 years have two children and reside in Kentucky. Tim speaks throughout the country on matters related to defending the Christian faith. Holding advanced degrees in theology, biblical studies, apologetics, and church history, Tim earned a Th.M. upon successfully defending his thesis on Genesis 6:1–4 dealing with the Sons of God and the Nephilim. His small group curriculum, Risen Without a Doubt which Tim co-produced with Eric Hovind of Creation Today, serves as a powerful resource for both the Christian and the lost. A prolific author, Tim’s over two dozen books focus on his areas of expertise—the Resurrection of Jesus Christ and the first eleven chapters of Genesis.
