Those are just a few reactions to Answers in Genesis’ totally renovated, cutting-edge 4D theater that opened this month. And what’s playing in the 4D theater that’s totally amazing, over-the-top, and so real? Glad you asked! It’s In Six Days, a 22-minute animated cut of the spectacular feature-length film Genesis: Paradise Lost which released on over 1,200 screens last fall and was nominated for 6 awards at the International Christian Film Festival.
By combining the stunning RealD 3D animation, epic orchestration heard on a state-of-the-art sound system, a brand new Christi 34,000 lumen 3D projector, and special effects including rumbling seats, strobe lighting, wind, and other surprises, the extraordinary 4D Theater takes its audience to a whole new level of understanding and entertainment. One guy called me and said, “No, Eric, you don’t SEE the lightning breaking through the sky, you are IN the sky with the lightning flashing all around you!”
Answers in Genesis Staffer Avery Foley wrote about her experience at the Creation Museum’s newest attraction. She said, “Creation Museum guests will thoroughly enjoy the unique experience of donning infrared 3D glasses and sitting back in special seats to be immersed in the first six days of creation week. I encourage everyone to go and see In Six Days during a visit to the world-class Creation Museum.”
Immediately after President Ken Ham experienced the explosive theater, he did a spontaneous Facebook Live! Wow! It takes a lot for the steady, cool-headed CEO of the world’s largest Creation organization to get excited. That made me even more pumped to get up there and experience it. So since I just couldn’t wait, we took the entire Creation Today Team up to Kentucky to celebrate!
But that means, there wasn’t anyone to answer the phone, or pack and ship orders, or answer questions from August 30 – Sept 5. But don’t worry, we’ll be giving you a full report soon!
